Return Policy
BUYER; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods, without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 10 days from the date on which the consumer's notice of withdrawal reaches the seller. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
The SELLER undertakes that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or services within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods or the signing of the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and to take back the goods from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller or supplier.
In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the BUYER or made special to the person by making changes or additions, and the goods whose prices are determined in the stock exchange or other organized markets.
Since the BUYER does not pay VAT in the TRNC and other non-Turkey shipments, he is obliged to pay the taxes of the products he has received at the customs. The BUYER has no right of withdrawal for the products that are not received from the customs in any way. Because, pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods, without taking any legal and penal responsibility and without giving any reason, within seven days from the date of receipt in distance contracts regarding the sale of goods.
